POTD: Day 8 .. Do you know the muffin men?

Tonight Steven asked if he could make muffins. Both kids are on quite a cooking kick recently. He wanted to make the muffins for breakfast tomorrow -but since he leaves at 7:30 a.m. for school we decided he should make them tonight and then just warm them up in the toaster oven tomorrow morning.

So he picked his muffin mix and got to work. Then Jackson decided he wanted to help. But Steven being independant decided he didn't want help. So we decided that Jackson could make his own. This is because those mixes only make 6 large muffins and our stone pan holds 12 muffins. So each made 6. Steven made Blueberry (his favorite) and Jackson picked Oatmeal (to try).

I love the look on Jack's face when the egg broke -priceless!
