This is what his coach said about him yesterday. That he has unbelievably quick hands and can handle himself in any position they have needed him to play. He started playing 3 innings in the outfield with one at bat. Then the coaches saw how hard he was working at practice and his attitude at games and he started playing 6 innings at 3rd base. We've had a few injuries this season... so he has filled in at 1st base, catcher and even pitcher. The last few games he has been catching the whole time ...he is a WALL back there -nothing is getting by him! I think he really likes getting his hands on the ball every play -and he is doing well. They have 1 more game left.... then he will just be playing tournament ball for the rest of the year... he likes that too! But that is another post... maybe tomorrow.
